Dispute Resolution

Part of the legal team that represented the Federal Government of Nigeria, the Bureau of Public Enterprises, the National Council of Privatisation and the Federal Ministry of Finance in an international arbitration over a dispute arising from the share purchases agreement of the Federal Government of Nigeria’s shareholding in the National Fertilizer Company of Nigeria.
We represented the Nigerian Communications Commission in a commercial dispute on the award of license and spectrum for 2nd Generation mobile telecommunications services.
