We advised the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), on the drafting of the NERC Enforcement Regulations, Enforcement Guideline for the Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry (NESI) and Consultation Paper, on the imperative for Enforcement Regulations.We advised the Niger Delta Power Holding Company Nigeria Limited (NDPHC) on the execution of the “Gas Supply and Purchase Agreement” and “Gas Transportation Agreement”.

Handled the Negotiation, Acquisition and Perfection of Title of the National Electric Power Authority (now Transmission Company of Nigeria) over properties acquired by Power Holding Company of Nigeria.

Member of the Federal Government of Nigeria Team in the Settlement Negotiation/Agreement with SOLGAS ENERGY LIMITED.
