GGinika joined the firm in 2011 and has been actively involved in all spheres of the firm’s practice areas. She regularly represents Clients in disputes arising from Commercial and Corporate transactions, Torts, Labour, Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance, Financial and Secured Credit Transactions and Company Secretarial functions. She has also advised clients on business restructuring, tax and real estate transactions.

She has advised various levels of Public and Private Organizations, Multinationals and International Organisations on disputes emanating from within and outside Nigeria.
