Kigai joined the firm in 2018 after two years of practice experience and has since been actively involved in all of the firm’s practice areas. He regularly represents clients in complex litigation on commercial, tax and political disputes. He is a key member of the team that advised a multi-national telecommunications company on its tax obligations.

He has also represented Nigeria’s apex bank in various actions by creditors to the Federal Government and their agencies. His competence in dispute resolution enables him proffer efficient advice to clients on various commercial and regulatory transactions.
