Luter joined the firm in 2009 and has been actively involved in all of the firm’s practice areas. He regularly represents Clients in corporate and shareholder disputes, telecommunications, banking and real estate litigations. He has also advised clients in an array of transactions and regulatory compliance matters.
He has garnered experience over the years in Utilities Regulation. He was on the team that drafted the enforcement regulations of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission and also assisted the team that worked on the licensing regulations of the Nigerian Communications Commission.
