Understanding The Judgment Of The Supreme Court In Uzodinma & Anor. V. Ihedioha & 2 ORS

The Supreme Court on 14th January, 2020 delivered a ground-breaking decision in SC.1462/2019 – Sen. Hope Uzodinma & Anor. v. Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha & 2 Ors., wherein the apex Court nullified the declaration and return of Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha as Governor of Imo State and declared Sen. Hope Uzodinma as the rightfully elected Governor of the State.
