Rabiu joined the firm in 2012 and has been actively involved in all of the firm’s practice areas. He has had experience in advising clients on intellectual property and real estate transactions. He has also represented clients in patent litigations, debt recoveries, real estate, employment and labour matters as well as white collar criminal prosecutions.
He regularly represents the Assets Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) in its recovery efforts in respect of eligible bank assets acquired by the corporation from Eligible Financial Institutions. He has also advised clients on the restructuring of debt obligations not just to banks but also obligations arising from commercial transactions.
